The accommodation is perfect for a break from everyday life, to slow down, and to truly relax.
You will find a lovingly renovated house that offers space for the whole family across several generations. The renovation was carried out with great attention to energy efficiency, and the building is heated by underfloor heating using a heat pump and solar panels.
The rooms are spaciously designed and sunny.
The large entrance area leads into the spacious kitchen-living room. In addition to the obligatory kitchenette with induction stove and oven, this also features an additional wood-burning kitchen stove, which is fired with wood and can also be used to dry laundry above it, just like in old farmhouses. Everyone will find enough space at the large dining table. Here you can also sit comfortably and spend time together.
On the same level there is a living room and a separate toilet with washing machine. The living and reading room with bookcases and an additional TV has a comfortable seating area with a couch and recliner.
On the top floor there are two bedrooms and the bathroom. In the spacious Bedroom 1 with double bed and 2 extra beds there is a corner bench, table and chairs. Children can play here easily. Opposite is Bedroom 2 with 1 double bed, also a sitting area with couch and armchairs and a chess table. Bed linen is provided. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower, double washbasin, toilet. Towels are provided.

Experience the Ore Mountains right on your doorstep – it is worth a trip at any time of year.
Located directly on the Czech border, you can take extensive walks in the woods on both sides of the border. The trails are well signposted, have varying degrees of difficulty, and offer a wide range of destinations.
But the region is also interesting for cyclists. The varied topography along the ridge of the Ore Mountains is ideal for mountain bikers. Those who prefer a more relaxed pace can use the thermal baths in the area. Wiesenbad, Warmbad, and Bad Schlema are highly recommended, but Karlsbad is also a good option. And those traveling with children will prefer the fun pools in Annaberg, Geyer, or Marienberg. In summer, there are various outdoor pools in the area.
And of course, one of the main attractions is winter sports. Alpine skiing at Fichtelberg or Keilberg or a variety of cross-country skiing tours are always in high demand. The location of the holiday apartment is quite central in town, yet quiet, on a cul-de-sac.
The "in-house" patisserie is a 3-minute walk away and not only conjures up beautiful cakes and pastries, but also offers great breads and rolls. A grocery store is within walking distance, as is the bus stop.
