The open kitchen is fully equipped and features a cooktop, a microwave, an oven, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, as well as everything you need to prepare breakfast or a cozy meal.
The comfortable bedroom with a high-quality double bed guarantees restful nights. The modern bathroom has a spacious shower, a hairdryer, and ample storage space. Through the patio doors you reach your private terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or end the day relaxing with a glass of wine.

The Coast Beach House is located in a quiet area in the popular coastal town of Egmond aan Zee, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, the dunes, and the charming town center.
The wide sandy beach invites you all year round for long walks, relaxing hours in the sun, or a refreshing swim in the North Sea. Directly behind the beach begins the extensive dune area, one of the most beautiful nature reserves in the Netherlands. Here you can enjoy wonderful hiking or cycling and the unique nature.
The lively center of Egmond aan Zee can be easily reached on foot. Here you will find cozy cafés, good restaurants, small boutiques, bakeries, a supermarket, and various shops. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is in the immediate vicinity.
The surrounding area also offers numerous excursion possibilities. Visit the historic cheese town of Alkmaar, the artists’ village of Bergen, or take a day trip to Amsterdam, which is about 45 minutes away by car.
Thanks to the ideal location, you can often leave your car parked during your stay and explore the beach, dunes, and town center comfortably on foot.
