On a spacious 190 m² you will find three bedrooms with comfortable beds and four modern bathrooms that offer the highest comfort. The house is exclusively for non-smokers and is also suitable for long-term stays.

Enjoy relaxing hours on the sunny terrace or balcony while you let your gaze wander over the well-kept garden. The private swimming pool invites you to take a refreshing dip; sun loungers are available. For sociable evenings, a BBQ grill is at your disposal. You can conveniently park your vehicle in your own parking space; a wallbox for your electric car is also available.
