Three-room apartment for up to two people on the first floor: It features a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm x 190 cm) and two twin bedrooms – one of which is a brick room with no door, only a curtain, and the other separated from the living room by furniture and a nearly floor-to-ceiling wall. The living area includes a well-equipped kitchenette and a sofa bed. The apartment also has a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and a covered veranda furnished with a table and six plastic chairs.

The property is located in Cannigione di Arzachena, a charming coastal town on the northeast coast of Sardinia, boasting an idyllic setting on the Gulf of Arzachena. The region is known for its picturesque beaches, crystal-clear waters, and proximity to the world-famous Costa Smeralda. Cannigione offers a relaxed atmosphere, excellent restaurants serving Sardinian specialties, and numerous leisure activities such as boat trips, diving, and hiking. A perfect destination for nature and culture lovers in a stunning setting.

Please note: Small pets are allowed upon prior arrangement and a one-time fee of €50.00 applies. Beach service with one parasol and two sun loungers can be booked upon request and subject to availability for an additional fee. Access to the pool at the nearby Sporting Hotel, just 100 meters away, is included. Please note that towels from the apartments may not be used at the pool, and swimming caps are mandatory. This property is strictly for holiday rentals; bookings from local residents are not permitted.

Im Vergleich zu anderen Orten auf Sardinien wirkte dieser hier ruhiger, und der Wohnbereich bot genug Platz für zwei Personen.

Drei Nächte hier ohne Beschwerden. Die Nähe zu Restaurants machte den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm , ideal zum Ausgehen, zudem war das Parken leicht zugänglich und bequem , wichtig beim Alleinreisen.
