Two bedrooms with high-quality bedding and a well-kept bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer, and clean towels ensure restful nights and a pleasant start to the day. The underfloor heating and air conditioning provide a comfortable indoor climate all year round.

The open living room invites you to relax with a comfortable sofa, TV, and loving details. The fully equipped kitchenette offers everything the heart desires: induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, crockery and cutlery. This allows you to enjoy your meals flexibly. For families, a baby bed and a high chair are available.

Washing machine and drying rack facilitate longer stays – long-term rental is possible. A private terrace invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors, while your vehicle is safely parked in the parking lot. The house is intended exclusively for non-smokers.
