The high-quality and completely renovated holiday apartment 'Vicino di Riva' is located in the very well-maintained complex "Borgo La Rocca di Garda Resort Village" in Manerba del Garda, in the southeast of Lake Garda.

The apartment offers: 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe, and a desk in the larger bedroom.
All furniture, the kitchen, beds, mattresses, and bed linen are new. A spacious bathroom with a generous shower, WC, as well as a spacious living and dining area, comfortably accommodates 4 people.

The interior design has been tailored to the apartment and offers you beautiful, high-quality comfort that is in harmony with the surroundings.

The terrace adjoining the living room invites you to enjoy breakfast in the sunshine and, lying in the shade in the afternoon, is a pleasant place to linger and dream. From there you can also keep an eye on your loved ones as they cool off in the pool.
The pool offers plenty of space for swimming and is supervised by a lifeguard during the high season.

A spiral staircase leads you to the rooftop terrace, which offers a beautiful panoramic view, such as the foothills of the Alps and Manerba with the church of Santa Maria Assunta. Enjoy a sundowner and your absolute privacy here.

The concierge service will assist you with any questions. The lifeguard is available to you and your loved ones for questions and safety around the pool.

Parking spaces are available in large numbers directly in front of the Borgo.

Small and medium-sized dogs are allowed.

Partygoers unfortunately will not get their money’s worth here. Music must be turned off from 11:00 p.m. Drinks at the pool are not allowed.

Vacation in Manerba del Garda: sun, beach, and enjoyment on the southwestern shore of Lake Garda.
Manerba del Garda, one of the most beautiful towns on Lake Garda, in the cultural region of Valtenesi, impresses with its expansive moraine landscape featuring the Rocca nature reserve.
The Strada dei Vini e dei Sapori d’Italia leads directly through Manerba.
Here you are invited to go cycling and hiking or enjoy the dreamlike beaches around the Rocca. The dog beach Fido Beach also lets four-legged friends get their money's worth.

Restaurants and shopping facilities are located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment and can be easily reached on foot.

In the harbors of Dusano and Torchio you will find a boat rental, e.g. Gardaboat (Laura), restaurants, as well as a beautiful beach.
The area has not yet fallen victim to mass tourism and offers you relaxation and peace. The towns of Salò, to the southeast, and Desenzano, to the south of the lake, can be reached by car in 10 minutes.
Salò, as a larger town on the lake, offers shopping opportunities for good clothing.
It also naturally invites you to stroll along the Lungolago.

The Garda Golf Est golf course is located west of the Borgo and can be reached by car in 5 minutes.

The islands San Biagio and Isola del Garda invite you to visit by boat. San Biagio, the Rabbit Island, with beautiful bathing spots, is accessible on foot at low tide. In summer, boats operate, the island is then serviced and there are sanitary facilities and sun loungers available for a fee.

Visit Isola del Garda, the largest island on Lake Garda, with its stunning beauty and heavenly tranquility.
Contessa Alberta or one of her brothers opens the gates, and the island can be visited on a two-hour guided tour.
