Beautiful apartment with great view

"We felt very comfortable in the well-designed and equipped apartment. The communication was always pleasant and smooth. The view is breathtaking, and when the goats pass by in the afternoon, it is a special experience."

'Already for the 2nd time in Nerja and for the 2nd time booked an apartment through Ms. Irrgang. This apartment also left nothing to be desired! The super nice, uncomplicated contact with Ms. Irrgang is worth highlighting! We would love to come back!'

Perfectly successful vacation

The place Nerja and the holiday apartment offered everything we were looking for for a few beautiful days. The climb to the holiday apartment was, as previously described, a bit strenuous, but the view makes up for everything! The furnishings of the apartment left nothing to be desired.

Dreamlike view and unusual location

"The apartment was great, very beautifully designed and well equipped. On some evenings, a huge herd of goats passed by the rock next to the terrace. We could even find rosemary and thyme on the mountain, right next to the house. The steps were already exhausting after a long day at the sea, but okay. A vacation apartment to fall in love with

The booking was quick and uncomplicated. The entire apartment is a feast for the eyes, very well equipped, clean, and tastefully furnished. The large double bed in the bedroom with 2 separate mattresses is wonderfully comfortable. The air conditioning is super pleasant. The bathroom is new with a beautiful shower cabin and washing machine, and the kitchen is adequately equipped. Our daily breakfast on the terrace with this amazing view of the sea delighted us anew every day. We felt very comfortable the whole time. The steps to the apartment are very manageable. The nearby highway really doesn't disturb at all. The nearby pool is also lovely and Playa Burriana is beautiful and quick to reach. We say thank you very much.

' - Moderne sehr schöne Wohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet - Bequeme Betten für erholsamen Schlaf, alle Möbel hochwertig - Sauber, gepflegt, gut ausgestattet, fast mehr als notwendig, komfortabel - Aussicht ohne Worte, so gut, dass es schwer zu beschreiben ist - Lage perfekt, Autobahn weit weg, stört nur wenig, ist zu vernachlässigen - Nachbarn nicht bemerkbar, man fühlt sich allein und ungestört - Bad perfekt, hell, Heizung, große Dusche (Glas), sauber und gepflegt, fast neu - Küche genauso, sehr gut ausgestattet, neuwertiges Geschirr und Töpfe etc. - Empfehlung Ferienwohnung: Ohne Bedenken zu mieten, wir werden wiederkommen - Anlage gepflegt + gute, kurze Busverbindung ins Zentrum, überall Meeresblick - Nerja ist ein sehr schöner Ort. Konnten keinen hübscheren in der Nähe finden'

Unbedingt wiederholen!

'Ach, was für eine schöne Ferienanlage und diese Umgebung! Und wenn man dann auch noch ein solches Ferienappartement erwischt. Gute und vor allen große Betten. Sehr gute Ausstattung_ alles da was man braucht. Der Ausblick ist unbeschreiblich und alles ist so hell und freundlich. Zum Thema Autobahn: Wir haben sie manchmal ein klein wenig gehört und an einem Tag etwas mehr. Das tut aber dem entspannenden Urlaub keinen Abbruch. Wenn man überlegt, was man hier für sein Geld alles bekommt. Wir können nur raten, das einfach zu vergessen. Wir konnten die paar Geräusche wirklich überhören. Es wird sicherlich Menschen geben, die das etwas stören könnte. Aber wir wollten eine helle Wohnung, viel Ausstattung und Sonne und die tolle fast einsame Lage. Und das haben wir bekommen. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich, bis bald!'

Rundum gelungen

'Wohnung: Sehr zu empfehlen. Gute Preis/Leistung, sauber, modern, zum wohlfühlen. Viel Komfort, bequeme Betten. Grandioser Blick in die Berge und über das Mittelmeer. Lage fantastisch, keine Nachbarn. FKK beim Sonnen auf der Terrasse möglich. Ferienanlage auch sehr gepflegt, Pool jetzt am Ende der Saison schön leer. Großer Rasenbereich, Meerblick, bequemer Einstieg, viel Fläche zum schwimmen, tolle Atmosphäre. Gelungener Urlaub. Vielen Dank.'

Das 2. Mal in dieser Wohnung und noch besser geworden!

'Wir kennen diese Wohnung schon vom Urlaub 2016. Aber Familie Irrgang macht ja immer wieder was an ihren Ferienwohnungen. Wir fanden die Wohnung schon das letzte Mal toll. Aber nun ist das einzige noch besser was vielleicht vorher noch einen kleinen Hauch angestaubt war. Das neue Bad jetzt ist ein Traum. Hell, supermodern,Fussbodenheizung, große duschkabine und richtig toll beleuchtet alles. Nun wollen wir wahrscheinlich nie wieder wo anders mieten in Nerja. Der Blick in dieser Wohnung ist der Wahnsinn und die Einrichtung und alles perfekt. Besonders gut fanden wir schon immer die Küchenausstattung und die guten Betten. Aber alles an dieser Wohnung ist super. Vielleicht etwas viele Stufen, aber das lohnt sich wirklich. Vielen lieben Dank und bis bald, wir buchen wieder!'

A dream, this apartment was our salvation.

"We had already been to Nerja and had booked an impossible and uninhabitable apartment through a travel company. The local support also did not want to give us another apartment, supposedly nothing was available! To save our vacation, we 'searched and found' online. And due to a cancellation, something was available. We were able to move the same day. Super flexibility! Capuchinos 111 is the ultimate dream. Private location, great view, and above all, clean." Here everything was perfect, our vacation could begin. Very good weather and now accommodation that we can recommend to everyone. The stairs to the entrance are not a bother. You have this view! Many, many thanks to our vacation saviors and next time we will book directly with the Irrgang family. We will definitely come back.

We liked it very much.

'In the meantime, we have arrived back in Germany. We really enjoyed our vacation in your holiday apartment Capuchinos 111; we had wonderful 12 days in Nerja and felt very comfortable from the first day. I would also like to mention the good organization regarding information about the journey, payment, response to emails, furnishing of the apartment, etc. We were completely satisfied.'

A great week with beautiful impressions in wonderful sunshine! Thank you very much.

The holiday apartment is very nicely furnished, top equipped, super clean and well maintained, we felt at home right away and would book it again at any time. The kitchen offers everything one needs daily, which unfortunately is not always the case. The terrace, from which we enjoyed the sunsets, is a true highlight, wonderful view over Nerja, peace and privacy (not visible). The photos reflect the holiday apartment very well. San Juan de Capistrano is a well-kept, idyllic district of Nerja with winding streets, but also many steps! A walk (25 min) to the beach or the old town was always nice; on the way back, we treated ourselves to a taxi. Communication with Ms. Irrgang and her team is very friendly, uncomplicated, helpful, and accommodating.

We, a couple in our mid-50s, are your directly responsible private landlords. We started vacation rentals on the Costa del Sol back in 2001. Since then, we have of course been constantly evolving – in everything: furnishings, equipment, style, and number of properties. For a long time, we have lived & worked ourselves in Nerja for most of the year. If there is ever a task to be solved, we can organize it promptly – since we speak Spanish and are well connected. We work with a good maintenance service and the cleaning team of a Belgian agency on site. There you can also book excursions & order additional services. We immediately fell in love with this area back then and quickly got other travel enthusiasts on board. This allowed us to win over additional 'shareholders' within the family in Germany for our private holiday rentals, so that we can now offer you a larger selection of private, modern holiday properties.
