Our cosy holiday flat "Am Strand" is located on the first floor of the house Frische Brise in Cuxhaven-Sahlenburg, only 200 m from the sandy beach. It can be reached comfortably via the lift but also via the staircase.
To ensure that you have everything you need for a carefree holiday, we have comfortably and tastefully refurbished our non-smoking holiday flat for up to 4 people in 2015, with a living area of approx. 48 m².
In the large, light-flooded living room there are two leather sofas, one of which is equipped as a sofa bed with a comfortable slatted frame (lying surface 150 x 200 cm). The 32" flat screen TV, the DVD player and the stereo system with CD player and USB connection provide the "technical entertainment".
From here you also have access to the sunny balcony with a view of the greenery. Due to the south-west orientation, you have sun all day long and can already enjoy breakfast outside in the morning.
From the cosy dining area, which is also located in the living room, you have direct access to the kitchen.
The extensive kitchen equipment includes a 4 plate ceran cooker with oven as well as a spacious refrigerator with freezer compartment. Of course, there is also a dishwasher. In addition, there is of course a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg boiler, hand mixer and sufficient cutlery and crockery. A microwave rounds off the whole thing.

The spacious hallway with a built-in wardrobe leads to the bedroom.

The bedroom has a double bed with adjustable slatted frame and two separate mattresses (80 x 200 cm each), a clock radio, another wardrobe and a small desk.
Directly opposite the bedroom is the bathroom equipped with a shower.
There is a swimming pool and a table tennis room in the house, which can be used free of charge. The sauna and tennis court are available for a fee.
Should you ever need a washing machine and dryer after romping on the beach, no problem. These are also available in the house. You will find an iron and ironing board as well as a high chair in our flat.

Cancellation terms:

We will try to allocate the property elsewhere. If this is not possible, the following cancellation fees apply: 25% of the rental amount if cancelled up to 100 days before arrival, 50% if cancelled up to 70 days before arrival, 80% if cancelled up to 30 days before arrival, 90% if cancelled up to 7 days before arrival, and 100% if cancelled up to 2 days before arrival. In any case, we will charge a cancellation fee of 50 euros.
