Description

The freshly renovated, light-flooded Haus Feldblick is located about 800 m from the natural beach of Geltinger Bucht on a 1,500 m² plot at the edge of a field with a fantastic view of nature.

The holiday home offers on the ground floor a spacious, open living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen, fireplace and direct access to the garden, as well as a modern full bathroom with underfloor heating, freestanding bathtub and walk-in shower. On the upper floor there are two bright, cozy bedrooms with box spring beds and another modern full bathroom with a washing machine.

The highlight of the house is the huge south-facing terrace with a covered dining and barbecue area as well as sun loungers, inviting you to sunbathe and relax with a wonderful view of the fields. The terrace can be illuminated, allowing for cozy evenings well into the night. Next to the terrace there is a new and modern sauna house, which is conveniently accessible directly from the house via the terrace.

From May to September, you can also book our idyllic and heated log cabin in the garden of the holiday home. In addition to two more bedrooms with box spring beds (3 sleeping places) and its own WC, it offers a wonderful view of the fields. A dream for children and adults! The log cabin can only be booked in combination with the holiday house (€30/night).

The large fenced garden with climbing frame/swing and additional seating area is a paradise not only for children and dogs.

From the house, you can reach the Baltic Sea, just 800 m away, via an idyllic hiking trail. There is also a very nice playground there for our little guests.

The surroundings of Geltinger Bucht offer you pure nature, culture, and relaxation!

The Geltinger Birk nature reserve invites you to relaxing walks or bicycle tours. Exciting excursion destinations for young and old are the port city of Flensburg, as well as Schleswig with its cathedral, the famous museums in Gottorf Castle, and the Viking Museum in Haithabu. The Baltic Sea fjord Schlei with its inviting port town Kappeln is easy to reach – it invites you to a boat trip or an excursion.

Here is the translation to English: It is generally possible to cancel the booking of the holiday home. The cancellation fees are staggered as follows: - up to the 45th day before arrival: 25% of the total price - up to the 31st day before arrival: 50% of the total price - up to the 21st day before arrival: 80% of the total price - up to the 11th day before arrival: 90% of the total price - thereafter: 95% of the total price The decisive factor for the time of cancellation is the receipt of the cancellation notice by the landlord. As soon as we have received it, we will immediately try to find other guests for the corresponding period and offset any income against the cancellation fees. If the cancellation is communicated in good time, it has almost always been possible to rent out the holiday home without further cancellation costs. Nevertheless, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. In the event of cancellation, an administration fee of 35 euros will be charged.
