Welcome to Villa Pietra in Coccorino di Joppolo! Villa Pietra is a characteristic stone house and sits in a dreamlike hillside location above the bay of Coccorino. The somewhat secluded position of the holiday home allows guests pure peace and relaxation. The villa impresses with its spacious balcony, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the deep blue sea and breathtaking sunsets. Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine – ideal for indulging in culinary delights. The air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. Further amenities include TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, and an iron, so you can enjoy a comfortable stay even for longer periods. The open living and dining area offers plenty of space to spend time together and invites you to relax after a day at the beach. The villa is surrounded by a well-kept private garden with palm trees, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, outdoor shower and BBQ, from which you can enjoy a truly enchanting view of the sea, the surrounding hills of Capo Vaticano, the Aeolian Islands and the colorful plant life. The nearest swimming opportunity is in the bay of Coccorino located directly below (600m away), which can be reached on foot or by car. Since this year, there is also a (somewhat steeper, but shorter) private footpath down to the bay. Alternatively, the bays of Santa Maria and Capo Vaticano can be easily reached by car in less than 10 minutes. Culinary needs are also taken care of: the restaurant "Da Mercurio", where the chef cooks personally and serves not only freshly caught fish but also other regional specialties, is an 8-minute walk away. In the summer months, there is also an idyllic beach bar with ice cream, coffee, drinks, and pizza open on the beach of Coccorino. The nearest shopping facilities are in the center of Coccorino (5 minutes by car) or in nearby Santa Maria (also 5 minutes by car). There is a private parking space for your vehicle directly at the house. Villa Pietra is the ideal choice for anyone looking for a relaxing break on the Calabrian coast.
