Three-room apartment for up to two people. Located on the ground floor, it features one bedroom with a double bed (160 cm x 190 cm) and another bedroom with a bunk bed. A well-equipped kitchenette is integrated into the living area. The apartment includes a bathroom with a shower, a covered veranda with a table and six plastic chairs, and a garden.

The property is located in Cannigione di Arzachena, a charming coastal town on the northeast coast of Sardinia, boasting an idyllic setting on the Gulf of Arzachena. Note: Small pets are allowed upon prior arrangement and a one-time fee of €50.00 applies. Access to the pool at the nearby Sporting Hotel, just 100 meters away, is included. Please note that towels from the apartments may not be used at the pool, and swimming caps are mandatory.
