Available for exclusive use are: lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.

Poljane. The holiday home is located on a 2000 sqm closed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a mountain road (paved). Parking (for 4 cars) in the garage and on the property.

Air conditioning. Highchair, internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. Television reception via antenna, satellite.
Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October with views of the surroundings 10 m x 4.5 m 1.75 m deep). Pool towels are provided.

Kitchenette with air conditioning, electric cooker and refrigerator. 2 bathrooms each with shower and WC.
1st floor: Eat-in kitchen with seating area, TV, air conditioning, fireplace, dining area (6 seats) and access to the balcony. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and air conditioning. Kitchen with air conditioning, gas cooker, electric cooker, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), coffee machine, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and window. Bathroom with bathtub, WC and window.
House rules
The holding of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed in the property.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years old.
Please ensure observance of quiet hours, particularly from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
