We did not have a complete lake view from the balcony door, but if you went to the balcony behind or all the way to the front, you could see the beach and lake. Hotel basically okay, even though booked as a vacation apartment (without any indication that it is just a hotel room) and then there was no refrigerator, which was quite strange. Room was okay otherwise, view great, restaurant - not belonging to the hotel beds - was very friendly and accommodating. Cleaning of the hotel room did not take place despite the green card and sufficient opportunity, which is unfortunately bad. Only upon request was the toilet paper refilled. Lego bricks from previous tenants were still found under the table in the room. The cleaning performance does not seem to be the best and most reliable. Otherwise: would gladly return to the place itself.

The hotel has unfortunately aged badly. Hygiene > poor Curtains old, dead and living moths in the room, dust, cobwebs in all corners, windows are hard to open and close, no insect protection, wood on the balcony + bench is peeling, user, dirty ashtray on the balcony. Used dental floss was on the bathroom floor, unpleasant fecal odor in the bathroom, foreign hairs in the shower, limescale deposits everywhere, silicone parts in the shower heavily discolored, looks unappealing. Carpet in the hotel room > a no-go! Floor partially not cleaned > sandy. Restaurant > also not good! Price-performance ratio is completely off! Drinks received only after 30 minutes, appetizer only after an hour! Appetizer "Bruschetta" was two thin and narrow toasted slices of bread with some pesto and cocktail tomatoes. Amber Lake is great! The beach club too! Music and Aperol were awesome! Nice waiters/waitresses. Beach toilet > terrible! Dirty, no toilet paper or towels left.

We spent one night there as we were passing through. We had a standard room and a comfort room, and I can recommend the comfort rooms, which are brand new, very nicely furnished, and located in a separate building where it is a bit quieter. In the main building, it was a bit louder due to the restaurant and various seminars taking place there. The Amber Lake is really beautiful. The beach bar also looks great. Everything makes a very appealing impression. There is a great playground, and the mini-golf course is really well designed. The breakfast was also super; there was everything that is delicious.

We had a beautiful apartment in the annex and were very excited. The property is located directly by Lake Amber, surrounded by nature. The Elbe Canal is not far away. We were particularly pleased with the basket that contained everything for our dog. From food bowls to a sleeping blanket, dog bags to treats, everything was included. The operators of the hotel complex welcomed us very kindly. This accommodation is excellent for families with children.

The forest chalets are very central and cozy, everything was very clean, the lake can be reached on foot in just 5 minutes, the staff at the reception was extremely friendly, the forest chalets have a kitchenette, which is why we did not book breakfast.

The staff was very friendly, There are great activities around the Amber Lake, Archery was a lot of fun, You are really welcomed like family here, It feels really homely, We will definitely come back, At 10 PM it was wonderfully quiet in the hotel, Even when a party took place on Saturday, you couldn't hear much, Exactly what we needed, We had a room with a balcony, The rooms and beds were good and sufficient for a relaxing weekend, You could book breakfast, We have never seen such a large selection, However, it would be nice if more fruits and vegetables were offered, A thank you to the chef for the super delicious scrambled eggs, Finally well-seasoned scrambled eggs, The snack on the terrace is very tasty and the curry sausage is simply fantastic, The pizza was really crispy, Delicious! The deluxe family room was divided into two separate areas, which is perfect for families with two children. In one of the rooms, which was converted into a double bed, there was the sofa bed. The room was freshly renovated, modernly furnished, clean, and very quiet.

As last time, everything was excellent. The lady at the reception took great care of us, and we felt very comfortable. Due to the staff shortage (like everywhere), it did take a bit longer until we could check into our room, but that is really not a problem at such a great holiday resort with so much friendly staff.

The hotel is located directly at the Amber Lake. Our room was very spacious and clean. We had not booked breakfast, as we were only visiting family nearby and therefore only needed one night. We were already here for the second time and would book again at any time.

A very well-maintained accommodation with clean rooms and a beautiful view of the lake. Although we arrived late after reception hours, we were still served and checked in kindly.

Beautiful location by the lake, however, we had imagined something different under the term room with lake view... Through the branches, depending on the wind, we could see a little of the lake at times. The room was very spacious and the beds were really comfortable. Until late in the evening, the ventilation system of the restaurant ran directly across from the house wall, which fortunately was turned off later. The few staff in the restaurant were great. They had a lot to do but were very attentive and friendly, and there was also a casual joke now and then, which we really liked, both at dinner and at breakfast! The lady at the reception was not particularly friendly and seemed quite annoyed, both during check-in and check-out.
