In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals: a kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine.
Enjoy relaxing hours at your own 32 m² swimming pool while your children have fun on the swings, or prepare your favorite dishes at the barbecue area. Next to the pool there are comfortable sun loungers and a seating area as well as an outdoor dining area for pleasant gatherings and relaxation. The spacious pool and the beautiful sun terrace are surrounded by unspoiled nature with the Biokovo mountains in the foreground and offer you true moments of tranquility, inviting you to linger for hours.

Location and surroundings of object
The city of Makarska is 30 km away, the city of Imotski 20 km. The beautiful beaches can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Nearby is the entrance to the Biokovo Mountain Nature Park with a new attraction – SKYWALK – a glass platform from which you can see the entire coast of Central Dalmatia, the Adriatic, and the surrounding islands. There is also a restaurant with local organic cuisine and horses. This natural environment is the perfect choice for an active holiday. It is possible to organize various excursions. . . to rent one-day boat tours with your own skipper . . . day trips to Skywalk Biokovo or ZIPLINE for adults and children. Međugorje and the waterfalls Kravica and Čeveljuša are about 1 hour away.

Here is the translation to English: **Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay** (1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a replacement tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the tenant is obliged to pay the following proportionate rental fees as compensation, taking into account any saved expenses: Cancellation: A) Cancellation from the booking date up to 60 days before the start of the rental period is free of charge. B) If the booking is canceled from 59 to 42 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the total booking price will be charged. C) If the booking is canceled from 41 to 30 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total booking price will be charged. D) For cancellations made within 29 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged. E) No-show or early termination of the stay: 100% of the total booking price will be charged. If the guest or tenant does not take up the booked accommodation or terminates the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price. (2) A cancellation or termination is only valid if made in written form. The decisive date is the day the notice is received by the landlord.
