A large pool – 14m x 4.5m – awaits you with pleasant water temperatures – the pool offers you sporty and enjoyable swimming all year round, thanks to the heat pump, which heats the pool as needed and desired – so it’s a great pleasure even in winter.
Additionally, the solar outdoor shower also provides warm water!
Here in Le Plan de la Tour – 5-8 minutes on foot to the village – quietly located – the "Maison Blanche" awaits you – a perfect, modern, and secure holiday home for up to six guests – fully air-conditioned – with external sun protection through electric awnings and double internal sun blinds on all windows and special double curtains, which together effectively keep unnecessary heat outside and keep the rooms cool even without air conditioning, so you can save electricity!
Our new Maison Blanche with generous 120 m² offers three bedrooms with large windows and two bathrooms plus 2 WCs, both separated and with windows, plus electronic entrance gate with outdoor camera!
All doors and passages are equipped with quietly running sliding doors, ensuring peace even inside the house!
Here, families or friends can find plenty of space for privacy and shared moments. A highlight is the large swimming pool with 14m x 5m, which can also be heated, in the large 1000 sqm well-kept garden, surrounded by Mediterranean plants, beautiful trees, shaded areas, and comfortable loungers – ideal for enjoying the sun of southern France or relaxing in the shade.
Behind the house on the west side, there is a large "boulodrome" – a smooth, level area for playing boules – boules can be found in the house, and behind it are spacious and several shaded parking spaces.
Your new residence Maison Blanche offers you a modern and very well air-conditioned retreat.
Inside, an air conditioning system (cool and warm) quickly and automatically ensures pleasant temperatures, which you can set yourself. In addition, our Maison Blanche is excellently insulated and very efficient, equipped with 3 heat pumps and top energy values (50)!
An automatic ventilation system also provides the best natural climate.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired with dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, kettle, and coffee machine – even longer stays are especially comfortable thanks to washing machine, dryer, and bed linen. The bright living area is equipped with several large windows and thus offers a view of the garden, the illuminated pool, and the beautiful landscape, and also invites you to cozy evenings with beautiful warm outdoor lighting plus solar spots under the trees!
Our house is located in a very pleasant area, quiet and safe – a fully grown garden protects you from views and wind, a closed electric entrance gate with camera provides extra security – here you can enjoy your holiday without worries. Long-term tenants are also very welcome, and like to stay here as winter guests with sunny mild temperatures and warm pool temperatures!

The house and garden are managed by a caretaker and his wife, and our pool by a knowledgeable pool master!

Our detached villa, all on one level, is especially quiet, surrounded by extensive vineyards and wonderful nature, ideal for hiking with or without a dog, and that right on your doorstep—here you will find a wonderful, spacious landscape!
Also visit the various nearby beaches, such as the beaches of Nartelle near Ste. You will love Maxime with its historic, romantic old town, its special church, its newly renovated wide beach boulevard, planted shady promenade with sports facilities, extra wide bicycle lane, and the magnificent marina.
The romantic, historic old town, with small alleys, with many good restaurants that are open all year round and all just 9 km or 10 minutes by car from Maison Blanche, is waiting for you! For many connoisseurs of the peninsula, including our regular guests, "Ste. Maxime" is in many respects increasingly surpassing "St. Tropez," especially since everything here is open all year round, particularly in the pre- and post-season: very interesting shops, top restaurants where price and quality are still in balance... also exclusive boutiques that are available here for you! A newly constructed waterfront promenade with many seating and sports opportunities, newly planted greenery, palm trees, and restaurants will delight you.
There is also an original market hall with special offers, fruits, the best fish and meat, and cozy corners to sit and watch, as well as a weekly market on Saturdays! On Wednesdays there is an antique and collectors' market on the beach promenade. Great house in a beautiful setting - TOP!
We were now for the second time in Le Plan-de-la-Tour, each time in one of Mr. Goll's two houses. The place is wonderful: all the things you need, without being too busy, and even in autumn there is "life" there.
Maison blanche is dreamily located on the edge of the village, almost in the wine-growing area. Nevertheless, you can quickly get to the village. The house is equipped with everything one can imagine. You feel comfortable right away and enjoy cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. The beautifully landscaped property with several seating options and possible sun protection is fenced, so our dog could run freely.
Clear recommendation: if it were possible, I would give 6 out of 5 stars!

we really enjoyed our time in your very beautiful house Maison Blanche and found the furnishings excellent. Just like in your other house in Le Plan de la Tour, nothing was missing here, and we felt very comfortable.

Great vacation in a wonderful house
We were in this beautiful new house of Mr. Goll for the first time - and we thank him for a relaxing time in this truly uniquely elegant and beautifully decorated house of the owner - we have also been in his village house in the town - and we know his good taste for extraordinary paintings and decoration details! !
The heated large pool at 27 degrees was great, which we used several times a day and also at night when everything was so romantically lit. . . . Especially interesting: the house is on the ground floor - no stairs - a beautiful overgrown quiet garden - protected from view - in a green and open landscape right outside the door was perfect for our walks!
The nearby town with a 5-minute walk to the great weekly market on Thursday and several good restaurants thrilled us!
The nearby Nartelle beaches 12 km away and our favorite restaurants in Ste. Maxime 9 km away were additional highlights of our vacation. Mr. Goll was very helpful in every respect and took excellent care of us, giving us many tips. We want to come back again this fall and can only highly recommend Maison Blanche!

Tolles Haus in schöner Umgebung - TOP!
Wir waren jetzt das zweite Mal in Le Plan-de-la-Tour, jeweils in einem der beiden Häuser von Herrn Goll. Der Ort ist wunderbar: alle Dinge, die man braucht, ohne zu trubelig zu sein und auch im Herbst gibt es dort "Leben".
Maison blanche liegt traumhaft am Ortsrand quasi im Weinanbaugebiet. Trotzdem ist man schnell im Ort. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich vorstellen kann. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und hat bei der Nutzung der bestens ausgerüsteten Küche Freude am Kochen. Das schön angelegte Grundstück mit etlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten und möglichem Sonnenschutz ist eingezäunt, so dass unser Hund frei laufen konnte.
Klare Empfehlung: falls es möglich wäre, würde ich 6 von 5 Sternen geben!
wir haben die Zeit in Ihrem wirklich sehr schönen Haus Maison Blanche sehr genossen und fanden die Ausstattung hervorragend. Wie auch in Ihrem anderen Haus in Le Plan de la Tour hat es auch hier an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Den Pool haben wir jeden Tag gerne genutzt.
Wir werden Ihr Haus wie jedes Jahr erneut für das nächste Jahr buchen!

Erholsam, abwechslungsreich und für uns perfekt. Tolles Haus mit gehobener Ausstattung, super schöner Pool und schönem Garten. Ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. Sehr netter Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
erholsame Zeit in diesem wirklich einmalig elegantem und wunderschön dekoriertem Haus des Besitzers - wir waren auch schon in seinem Dorfhaus im Ort - und kennen seinen guten Geschmack auch für außergewöhnliche Gemälde und Dekorationsdetails!!
Super war der angewärmte große Pool mit 27 Grad, den wir mehrmals am Tag und auch nachts wenn alles so romantisch beleuchtet war, genutzt haben....
Besonders interessant: das Haus ist zu ebener Erde - keine Treppen - ein schöner eingewachsener ruhiger Garten - vor Blicken geschützt - in einer grünen und freien Landschaft direkt vor der Haustür war für unsere Spaziergänge perfekt!
Der nahe Ort mit 5 Minuten Fußweg zum tollen Wochenmarkt am Donnerstag und etlichen guten Restaurants haben uns begeistert!
Die nahen Nartelle Strände in 12 Km und unsere Lieblingsrestaurants in Ste. Maxime in 9km waren zusätzlich die Höhepunkte unseres Urlaubs .
Herr Goll war in jeder Beziehung sehr hilfreich und hat uns bestens betreut und viele Tips gegeben.
Wir wollen noch dieses Jahr im Herbst wiederkommen und können das Maison Blanche nur wärmstens empfehlen!
