Welcome to the holiday home in beautiful Neu Venedig, located in green Berlin Treptow-Köpenick! Here you can enjoy relaxing vacation days in a house with 40 m² of living space, offering room for up to 4 guests. The bedroom ensures restful nights, while the modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and hairdryer. The open kitchen features a kitchenette, kettle, coffee machine, and all necessary appliances to prepare meals together. In the living area, a fireplace invites you to cozy evenings – ideal after a day full of exploration.

The well-kept garden with terrace and grill offers perfect conditions for sociable hours outdoors. For children, a baby bed and a high chair are available on request. A parking space directly at the house ensures a stress-free arrival. There is free Wi-Fi. Bed linen is provided, so you don't have to worry about anything. The house is exclusively suitable for non-smokers and is also an excellent choice for longer stays as well as for tradespeople. The lovingly designed interior with plenty of wood creates a warm atmosphere, while the atmospheric lighting in the garden provides special moments in the evenings. The water comes from the well, it is extensively filtered, but there may be an iron-rich and slightly sulfurous smell. It is not harmful to health, but I still recommend using bottled water for preparing food.
