The holiday home Nona, a charming, cozy holiday house with a massage whirlpool in a well-kept garden, for up to 3 people. This oasis of tranquility promises a relaxing vacation on the picturesque Makarska Riviera. Located in a small, quiet hamlet Srida sela above the coastal town of Tucepi. Close to the Biokovo Mountain Nature Park and Skywalk. Ideal for couples who want to spend a romantic and relaxing holiday away from mass tourism and noise. Furnished with love, House Nona features a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The entrance is at ground level into the living room with a sofa bed for one person. The air-conditioned bedroom is equipped with a double bed. The kitchen has all the facilities you might need for a pleasant holiday.

The fenced terrace with whirlpool, sun loungers, sun umbrella, garden shower, garden furniture, and barbecue area is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. Parking spaces are available on the property.

Quiet, sunny, and secluded location, approx. 3 km to the sea and the center of Tucepi for those who want to escape the noise of the city and mass tourism. For nature lovers and for an active holiday. Several restaurants are located 500 m from the house. Tučepi is a popular tourist destination, not far from the famous Makarska. It is known for the longest and most beautiful beach on the Makarska Riviera (over 4 km long), along which a wonderful promenade runs in the shade of tamarisks and pines.

An ideal destination for families with children, who can carefree enjoy the pleasures of the sea, as well as for the younger population, who can enjoy the first-class nightlife in nearby Makarska.

Here is the translation to English: **Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay** (1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a replacement tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the tenant is obliged to pay the following proportionate rental fees as compensation, taking into account any saved expenses: Cancellation: A) Cancellation from the booking date up to 60 days before the start of the rental period is free of charge. B) If the booking is canceled from 59 to 42 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the total booking price will be charged. C) If the booking is canceled from 41 to 30 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total booking price will be charged. D) For cancellations made within 29 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged. E) No-show or early termination of the stay: 100% of the total booking price will be charged. If the guest or tenant does not take up the booked accommodation or terminates the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price. (2) A cancellation or termination is only valid if made in written form. The decisive date is the day the notice is received by the landlord.
