Located in the stunning Helleux area of Guadeloupe, this charming studio apartment offers the perfect setting for an exotic getaway. With direct access to pristine white sand beaches, you can easily enjoy the sun and surf, or visit the nearby nautical base for exciting activities such as jet-ski rides, flyboarding, surfing, and kite surfing (additional charges apply). The property is designed in traditional Creole architecture and is set within two tranquil districts, providing a peaceful escape just a short walk from the village center.

The Résidence Sainte-Anne offers plenty of on-site amenities for guests to enjoy. The village features a large swimming pool, a separate children’s pool, tennis courts, and a bowling alley, as well as beach volleyball and soccer fields. For younger visitors, there are themed children's clubs offering half-day activities, and teens can join for free from April. There are also two beachfront restaurants serving delicious Caribbean cuisine, making it easy to enjoy local flavors without leaving the village.

This air-conditioned 30 m² studio includes a living room with a sofa bed and two single beds, making it perfect for up to 4 people. The semi-open kitchen is equipped for self-catering, and the bathroom features a shower and a hairdryer. Step out onto your south-facing, covered balcony and relax while enjoying the view. The rental also provides parking, free Wi-Fi access, and included bed linen and towels.
