This charming apartment, located on the ground floor, accommodates up to 5 people and features a furnished terrace facing south-east with views of the park and a small lake. It includes a living room with two sofa beds, one with a trundle bed, and a cabin area with a bunk bed. The apartment also has a dining area with a table and four chairs. Pets are allowed with prior inquiry, and a baby kit is available on request. Bed linens and towels are available for an additional charge, and there is a mandatory cleaning service at the end of your stay.

The residence is set in a stunning 90-hectare estate surrounded by a pine forest and directly overlooking a tranquil lake. It’s only 2.5 km from Veillon Beach, which you can access by foot, bike, or a shuttle service. The area offers many activities, including two 18-hole golf courses, tennis, mini-golf, and a heated aquatic area with slides. Nearby shops include a pizzeria, bakery, and bar, while the center of Seignosse is just 200 meters away, with various cafes, markets, and attractions.
