This spacious 80 m² apartment in the heart of the Aravis Valley offers a perfect retreat for up to 6 travelers. Located on the 1st floor of a residence built in 1963, the apartment features a west-facing balcony with beautiful views of the Col des Aravis road and surrounding mountains. The accommodation includes two cozy bedrooms: one with a double bed and a sink, and the other with two sets of bunk beds (please note, upper beds are not suitable for children under 6). The living room is generously sized, with a dining area, lounge area, and flat-screen TV, creating a comfortable space to relax after a day of outdoor adventures.

Located just 500 meters from the Ruade ski slopes and a short shuttle ride to the village center (1.8 km), this apartment is perfect for winter sports enthusiasts. In the warmer months, enjoy hiking and exploring the stunning alpine landscape. The charming village of La Clusaz, only a short distance away, offers local shops, restaurants, and a variety of recreational activities.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, glass ceramic stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine, making it ideal for preparing meals.
