The living area includes a TV with an integrated DVD player, a single sofa bed (80 cm), and a RAPIDO sofa bed for two people (140 cm). The apartment also has a south-facing balcony, providing a lovely view of the mountains and village. Additional services like Wi-Fi are available for rent, and linens (sheets and household towels) can be rented separately. Pets are not permitted, and smoking is prohibited within the apartment.

Located in the upper part of the village at Les Granges, the residence is conveniently positioned just 50 meters from the Bossonnet ski slopes, making it ideal for ski enthusiasts. The ESF (French Ski School) meeting point is also nearby. Shops are within close reach, offering easy access to essential amenities, and parking is provided for residents (non-nominative spaces). The Aquatic Center is also close, though it is closed for renovations during the summer of 2024.
