This fully renovated stone farmhouse, nestled in a peaceful hamlet surrounded by forests, offers a tranquil getaway in the heart of nature. Located between Aubrac and Margeride, it provides easy access to nearby hiking trails. The gמte features a spacious living room with comfortable seating, television, and free Wi-Fi, creating an inviting atmosphere for family or friends. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and combi-freezer, ensuring a convenient stay. A separate WC and a garage are also available on the ground floor.

Upstairs, you’ll find a mezzanine play area and three bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a 160 cm double bed, while the second bedroom has a 140 cm double bed. The third bedroom offers a 120 cm and a 90 cm single bed, making it ideal for families. Two bathrooms, one with a washing machine, complete the layout. Central heating by aerothermal energy ensures comfort throughout your stay. A private courtyard with a terrace, garden furniture, and barbecue allows you to enjoy the outdoor beauty of the area.

The price includes electricity (up to 8 kWh/day), heating, sheets, bathroom and household linen, as well as the end-of-stay cleaning service.
