Description

This residence located in Monflanquin, on the edge of a lake, offers a 30m² apartment on one level with a covered terrace and a view of the swimming pool. The apartment includes a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a trundle bed for 1 person, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. Pets are allowed (65€/week or 10€/day). Outdoor parking is included.

The village of Monflanquin, with its typical architecture, is an ideal starting point for discovering the local heritage (castles, exceptional sites) and practicing sporting activities (hiking, cycling, horse riding, golf, canoeing). A municipal swimming pool (fee payable) is 150m away, the Malbentre aquatic center in Villeneuve-sur-Lot is 20km away and Lake Lougratte (swimming in July/August) is 15km away. Table tennis tables, pétanque courts and table football are available on site. Shops are more than 500m away and activities between 100 and 500m.

The apartment includes a living room, an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and separate WC. The covered terrace, facing North-East, offers a view of the swimming pool. Wifi access, bed linen and towels are extra. A baby kit is available upon reservation (prices on site). End of stay cleaning is obligatory and must be paid upon arrival. The tourist tax is to be paid on site. A television is available. A deposit of €499 is required.
