This 32m² studio is located on the 2nd floor of a residence with an elevator, accommodating up to 4 people. It features a south-facing balcony overlooking the condominium gardens. The living room includes a television, sofa, and dining area, with a parquet floor adding warmth to the space. The property allows pets for an additional fee, and offers a ski locker for convenience.

The residence is ideally located at the foot of the slopes, with easy access to the Vallée Blanche access trail leading to the Petite Aiguille chairlift. The center of the resort is just 900m away, with a free shuttle available nearby. In the summer, guests can enjoy the small plan with an equipped beach and lake, providing a perfect spot for relaxation and activities.

The semi-open kitchen includes 2 ceramic hobs, an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, and fondue set. The sleeping area has 2 single bunk beds (90x190), with the upper berth not recommended for children under 6. The living room features a pull-out sofa that can be converted into 2 single beds (80x190). The bathroom has an Italian shower, and there is a separate WC.
