Situated at the foot of the slopes in the Devil sector, this residence is just 50m from the Devil's telemix and 80m from the treadmill, making it an ideal choice for skiing in winter or downhill biking in summer. Shops and restaurants are conveniently located within walking distance. The property also features outdoor parking, secured by a barrier, for added convenience.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with three ceramic hobs, a combined microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a fondue set. The bathroom features a bathtub, and there is a separate WC for added convenience. Guests can also enjoy the use of a ski locker.
