This cozy 2-room mezzanine apartment is located in a gated residence and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It features a living room with a TV, dining table, and chairs, as well as a bedroom with a large bed. The mezzanine area offers another large bed, a convertible sofa, and a TV. The bathroom has a shower and separate WC, and the apartment includes a terrace with garden furniture. A parking space is also available. Pets are not allowed.

The residence is ideally located near various attractions, cafes, and markets. Guests can explore the local shops, restaurants, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the area. The beach is also within walking distance, offering a perfect spot for relaxation and leisure activities.
