These semi-detached maisonettes offer comfortable accommodation for up to six guests. Each features a living room with a pull-out sofa bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bedroom with a double bed. The residence boasts a heated semi-covered swimming pool and paddling pool (open mid-April to end of September), a children’s play area, a fitness room, a hammam (paying), a treatment cabin (paying), table tennis, a bowling alley, and a volleyball court. Pets are allowed (with conditions and fees).

Located directly overlooking the Hourtin Carcans lake, the residence is ideally situated for aquatic activities. The city’s port and shops are just 400m away. Hourtin is a dynamic resort in Aquitaine, offering a diverse landscape of ocean, beaches, dunes, and forests, perfect for exploring on foot, by bike, or on horseback.

Each maisonette includes an equipped kitchen, a shower room, and a WC. Free WiFi and a television are provided. Free municipal parking is available in front of the residence. A baby kit, linen kits (bed linen and toiletries), bed linen rental, and bathroom linen rental are available for an additional fee. End-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen) is included. A tourist tax is payable on site.
