Inside, you'll find a spacious, air-conditioned living room with a fully equipped kitchen, including a 4-burner gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and Nespresso coffee machine. The living room opens onto a rear terrace, creating a pleasant space to relax.

Guests will enjoy easy street parking, free of charge, and the property is conveniently located with shops such as Carrefour Market just 400 meters away, and the Arcachon municipal market 900 meters away. The Basilica of Notre-Dame d'Arcachon is also within walking distance. This central location allows for easy access to Arcachon’s beaches, picturesque bay, and various local attractions, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing stay in the heart of the region
