This cozy apartment in Marina District 2 – South Beach features three rooms: one bedroom with a 160 cm bed for two adults, another with 80 cm bunk beds for children, and a fully equipped kitchen opening into a spacious living room leading to a large terrace. Pets are welcome on request for a €30 fee. A pre-recorded deposit of €400 is required, plus a €7.93 registration fee. Private parking is available in front of the property, providing easy access to the nearby Marina.

Located in the peaceful village of Grau du Roi, the apartment is just 100 meters from La Plagette (city center), 2.5 km from La Plage de l'Espiguette, 1.5 km from La Plage Nord, and 2.2 km from Plage Sud, known for its Kite Surfing. The fishing port is 500 meters away, where you can see trawlers and learn about the fishing profession. The 1st marina in Europe, 3 km away, is where sports delegations are preparing for the Paris 2024 Olympics. Cafes, food stalls, and markets are only an 800-meter walk from the apartment.
