This charming and recently built residence features four apartments and is designed in the style of a traditional chalet, offering a cozy and elegant atmosphere. Located in the heart of the picturesque village of Vars Sainte-Catherine, the property is perfectly positioned with a free shuttle stop right outside, providing easy access to nearby activities and slopes. The apartment itself can comfortably accommodate 5 to 7 people, with a double bedroom that opens onto the outside and features a television.

The apartment boasts two beautiful terraces, perfect for enjoying the stunning mountain views, and includes a spacious living room with a warm and inviting pellet stove. The open-plan kitchen enhances the sense of space and is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, kettle, toaster, traditional oven, microwave, and a SENSEO coffee machine, ensuring convenience and comfort during your stay. A shower room and a separate toilet complete the apartment's amenities.

Linen is available upon request for an additional charge of €16 per person (sheets and towels pack), and end-of-stay cleaning is not included in the rental price. Pets are not allowed, and the apartment is strictly non-smoking. A security deposit of €600 is required upon arrival.
