This charming vacation rental is located in the tranquil Sainte Catherine area of Vars, offering stunning views of the valley. The peaceful setting is perfect for relaxation, while still being within easy reach of the resort's amenities. The nearest ski lifts and shops are approximately 500 meters away, making it convenient for guests to access the slopes and local services. The rental includes a balcony with panoramic views and ample parking space, with 2 to 3 outdoor parking spots available, plus a private space in a closed garage.

During your stay, enjoy the nearby attractions such as the charming village of Vars and the extensive ski slopes. Please note that the Sainte Marie chairlift will be closed for summer 2023/2024 renovations, but other lifts remain accessible for winter sports enthusiasts.

The chalet spans two levels and offers a spacious 47 m² of living area. The living room features two sofa beds, one of which has a pull-out bed suitable for children, while the mezzanine includes two additional beds. The dining area is equipped with a table and seating for four, and the open kitchen ensures you can prepare meals with ease. The bedroom is furnished with double bunk beds, accommodating up to four guests. A modern bathroom with a shower and WC completes the space.
