This cozy 36m² apartment is just 30 meters from the slopes, offering quick access to skiing and winter activities. It features a living room with a 3-seater sofa, wooden mountain-style furniture, a dining area, and a south-facing terrace with beautiful views of Janue and the slopes. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer compartment, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary utensils. The apartment includes a shower room with a toilet, electric towel dryer, bidet, and storage.

The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a storage cupboard, and a mountain corner with two single bunk beds. It is located on the first or second floor with a private parking box and ski box. The location is ideal, with all amenities, including shops, bakery, and ski equipment rental, just 100 meters away. The ESF & Club Piou Piou and the nearest ski lift are only 50 meters from the apartment. The Durancia Nuxe Aquatic Center and Spa is 1 km away, with a free ski bus service.

Optional services include renting bed linen, towels, and baby equipment, as well as discounted ski passes and spa tickets. The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. A €1000 deposit is required. End-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee. Rental services such as Wi-Fi, Nespresso coffee maker, raclette machine, and hair dryer can also be arranged.
