Set across two floors, the villa has been designed around generous shared spaces and relaxed contemporary living. On the ground floor, a spacious double living room opens directly onto the garden through large patio doors, while the dining area comfortably seats twelve guests. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a breakfast bar, custom wine rack and vibrant cabinetry. A separate chill-out area and games room with pool table provide further spaces for guests to unwind, while one bedroom is conveniently located on this level near the laundry room. The remaining four bedrooms are positioned upstairs, offering greater privacy away from the main social areas.

Outside, the villa is equally well suited to long, leisurely days and convivial evenings.

A generous lawn leads to the large private swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and comfortable outdoor seating. Pool heating to approximately 29–31°C is included from April through October, extending the enjoyment of the pool well beyond the height of summer. An outdoor shower and a shaded dining table for twelve complete the setting, creating an inviting space for relaxed lunches, family gatherings and dinners beneath the Cascais sky.

What truly sets Cascais Contemporary Villa apart is how easily the best of the town can be enjoyed on foot.

The pedestrianised restaurant area of Rua Afonso Sanches is approximately a 10-minute walk away, Cascais Market around 11 minutes, Parque Marechal Carmona around 13 minutes, and both Praia da Ribeira and Cascais train station approximately 14 minutes on foot. The marina can be reached in around 17 minutes, placing restaurants, cafés, beaches, shopping and some of Cascais’ most enjoyable public spaces within easy reach. For days further afield, the dramatic coastline and surf of Praia do Guincho are around a 15-minute drive away, while Lisbon and its international airport can be reached in approximately 30 minutes, making the villa an exceptionally convenient base on the Portuguese Riviera.
