The ground floor holiday apartment is part of a lovingly designed, newly built residential complex in a central location with its own underground parking space. This made for an especially convenient arrival – even with lots of luggage!
The centerpiece is the large and modern living/dining room with open kitchen as well as the floor-to-ceiling windows in all rooms. The cozy bedroom, a stylish bathroom with walk-in shower, and a storage room complete this comfortable residence. From the living/dining room you can access the west-facing loggia. Here you can enjoy the afternoon sun until sunset over Büsum.
Controlled residential ventilation ensures constant fresh air, and on cool days, underfloor heating in all living areas provides pleasant warmth.

| The municipality of Büsum charges each holiday guest (aged 16 and over) a tourist tax of €2.80 per person per day (Nov.–March, except Christmas/New Year's) or €4.00 (April–Oct. & Christmas/New Year's). In return, you receive the guest card with unlimited beach access, free use of the Büsum mini-train “Krabbenexpress,” as well as numerous vouchers and discounts. The tourist tax is paid in cash upon arrival. |

Here is the translation to English: If the tenant withdraws from the rental agreement at a later date without naming a replacement tenant, the following proportional rents must be paid as compensation, taking into account any expenses saved, provided that it is not possible to rent the property to someone else: Withdrawal up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price; up to 28 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price; up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price; up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price; otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental period): 100% of the rental price.
