Idyllic holiday home at the edge of the forest – just a few minutes’ walk to the Frankenwaldsee
Our beautiful, detached holiday home of approx. 120 sqm is located at the upper edge of the holiday park in Lichtenberg. With a cozy living room including fireplace and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, it offers ample space for up to 7 people.
Location & Surroundings
The house is idyllically situated right at the edge of the forest on an 860 sqm (not fenced) plot. You can reach the Frankenwaldsee in about a 10-minute walk. There you will find a bathing beach, the Lichtenberg lake stage, swings, benches, as well as numerous leisure activities such as volleyball, basketball, and table tennis. The circular path around the lake invites you to take beautiful walks. There is also plenty of sand for the little ones to build sandcastles or bake sand cakes.
Amenities
Ground floor: Spacious living room with dining area, fireplace (please bring your own firewood), and access to the southeast terrace. The entire ground floor is equipped with pleasant underfloor heating. TV programs are received exclusively via Wi-Fi. There is no traditional cable or satellite connection. However, you can easily log in to streaming services such as Netflix, Waipu.tv, IPTV, etc. with your own credentials.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven/microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and toaster.
Bathroom: One bathroom with toilet, shower, and underfloor heating on the ground floor, as well as another bathroom with toilet and shower in the basement.
Bedrooms:
Upper floor: Bedroom 1 with double bed (180x200 cm) and single bed (90x200 cm).
Upper floor: Bedroom 2 with double bed (180x200 cm).
Basement: Bedroom 3 with double bed (180x200 cm).
Outdoor area: Large south-facing terrace with awning and garden furniture. A small grill is available (please bring your own consumables such as charcoal and firelighters).

Pets: As the property is not fenced, we ask dog owners to always keep an eye on their four-legged friends. Please arrange with us in advance.

Wir, zwei Familien, haben unsere Woche sehr genossen. Die uneinsichtige Terrasse mit Blick auf den Wald, die absolute Ruhe und das gemütliche Haus. Es ist alles vorhanden, von Spielen bis zu der gut ausgestatteten Küche. Als Ausgangspunkt um den Frankenwald und die netten Orte zu erkunden ideal.

Sehr schönes Haus mit viel Platz. Wer Ruhe braucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend und immer super schnell. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts.
