It has a spacious living/dining area with large window fronts, so you can enjoy the great view from here as well.
There is a flat-screen color TV (with satellite connection, all German TV channels such as ARD, ZDF, RTL, SAT1, etc.). ) and DVD player, stereo system, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator (4-star freezer compartment), coffee machines (pads + filter), kettle, egg cooker, etc.
A grill is available for free use.
Very good, fast Wi-Fi is available free of charge (suitable for streaming).
In the dining area there is a table with 5 chairs. A high chair for babies is available in the house. The living room is furnished with a cozy corner sofa, which can be pulled out into a sofa bed.
For cooler days, a pellet stove with temperature control provides comfort.
(Pellets for this can be purchased at the reception or at the Conad market in town at a reasonable price)
The holiday home has 2 separate bedrooms, each with 2 sleeping places (1 double bed with a width of 1.80m, 1 bunk bed) and ample storage space in the form of wardrobes for your clothes. The bathroom is modernized and equipped with a shower with glass partition, a toilet, and a washbasin. A hairdryer is available.

There is a reception that handles key handover as well as on-site concerns. They are also always helpful with excursion tips in the region.
Bed linen, towels, and a kitchen set can be rented on site upon request. Large washing machines and dryers are available for use next to the reception (for a fee)
A bread roll service can be used during the season via a QR code (order the day before and pick up at the reception in the morning)

Our holiday home is detached in a dreamlike location about 500m above Lake Garda and is located in the holiday complex "Villagio di Sunclass" in the health resort Tignale. The bungalows of this complex are all harmoniously integrated into the mountainous landscape of the "Alto Garda Bresciano" nature park.
From the private terrace you have a great view of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo.
The holiday home B46 (formerly A75) is very quiet and has a secluded garden. The 25x10m large, heated swimming pool is reachable in about 1 minute on foot via a short path. The pool can be used (depending on the weather) from around mid-May to mid-September and is supervised by a lifeguard!
There is a separate area for non-swimmers and also a baby pool, so there is something for everyone.
Around the well-maintained pool area there are loungers with sun umbrellas available for free use.
Showers and toilets are also available. A playground with play equipment, a trampoline, and a lawn area that can be used for ball games is located in direct proximity to the pool, as well as a foosball table (covered), table tennis tables, and a billiard table (both also covered).
Anyone who does not wish to cool off in the pool can do so (during the season) with a cold drink at the pool bar. In addition to alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, there are also small snacks and ice cream available here. Distance to the nearest airport: Bergamo 100 km,
or Verona 80 km

Fantastische vakantie
Mooi vakantiehuis op een prachtige locatie. Keurig onderhouden en gezellig ingericht. De woonkamer is heel ruim en het uitzicht vanaf het terras is prachtig!
In het dorpje is een prima supermarkt en is er zijn voldoende leuke restaurants.
Het vakantiehuis ligt heel rustig in het park. Veel privacy rond het huis.
Het vakantiehuis was goed uitgerust. De keuken was compleet en de WiFi was sterk.
De communicatie met eigenaar Christina was geweldig! Ze reageert snel en zeer vriendelijk. Heel blij mee.
Een hele fijne vakantie die qua prijs-kwaliteit ook zeer positief was.
