Welcome to the pilot’s apartment in the house Watt'n Blick – your perfect retreat for a relaxing family holiday on the North Sea in Butjadingen, district Fedderwardersiel.
The bright and friendly pilot’s apartment, located on the ground floor, is in a historic property lovingly renovated with great attention to detail from the year 1864. For centuries, fishermen, pilots, and captains lived here. The maritime red brick house with a total of three holiday apartments is located directly on the North Sea dike, just a few minutes' walk from the shrimp cutter harbor Fedderwardersiel and the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park (UNESCO World Natural Heritage).
The "Lotsenwohnung" has a very special and unique flair with a feel-good effect for a relaxing holiday. The open, sunny living area with East Frisian sofa and cozy dining area as well as fully equipped kitchen is connected to the large sun terrace with an unobstructed view over the marsh.
It is especially lovely to enjoy the sunset in the evening on the wind-protected terrace behind the house, which is furnished with garden furniture.
Two comfortable bedrooms, each with a 1.60 m wide double bed and wardrobes, are available. A baby cot can also be placed in the larger bedroom.
The little guests can look forward to the play area with children's kitchen, books, puzzles, games, and toys, as well as to the playground with swing and playhouse and the large lawn for romping and playing ball. In the bike shed there is a handcart.
There is a large, low-barrier shower with grab handles, a towel radiator, a dryer, and a washing machine. The bicycles are safely stored in a private bike shed with the option to charge e-bikes. A parking space assigned to the apartment on the property can be used. If needed, a second parking space is also possible.
