* The outdoor area on the elevated ground floor features a private, heated infinity pool of 40.5 square meters (9 x 4.5 meters) with hydromassage and a fully automatic salt electrolysis system. There are also six sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a covered dining area comfortably seating eight people, a kitchenette with gas grill, a lounge area, and an open view of the sea. You have access to the sun terrace and a traditional barbecue area for your grilling skills behind the stylish and cozy lounge area.
* The INTERIOR of the 53 square meter living/dining area features a chic living room with flat-screen TV, air conditioning, sofas, and direct access to a covered outdoor dining area and the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, and a dining table with a stunning view of the sea. A separate toilet is also located here.
* A 150 square meter FUN and SPA ZONE is located in the basement and is accessible from the living area. It features a Finnish sauna, a whirlpool, a billiard table, sofas, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a kitchenette with cooking island and ice maker, a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.
* The bedrooms are divided as follows:
Bedroom No. 1 (16.5 m2) on the ground floor has a 180 x 200 cm king-size bed, TV, air conditioning, separate shower room (6 m2), and access to the garden.
Bedroom No. Bedroom no. 2 (20 m2) on the first floor has a 200 x 200 cm super king-size bed, TV, air conditioning, a private bathroom with shower (6 m2), a balcony, and sea view.
Bedroom no. 3 (14 m2) on the first floor has a 160 x 200 cm queen-size bed, TV, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom (5 m2) with shower. It also has a balcony with sea view.
