Our holiday home in Altwarp is equipped for 4 people, 2 sofas on the ground floor can serve as additional sleeping places, for which an extra charge applies. In the attic at the gables there are 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, plus a chair and an open shelf in each. Shelves, blinds, reading lamps, and charging sockets complete the furnishings.
Between the bedrooms is the lounge with amenities for entertainment. A desk, a sitting area, painting easel, yoga mat, and binoculars on a tripod. Facing north, you look over the village to the lagoon with sailors and fishermen; facing south, the view goes to the village center. In the middle, a cast-iron spiral staircase leads to the living and dining area.
A television with MagentaTV, music system, and Wi-Fi can provide entertainment.
Under the television, there are some “analog” games. From the living room, you reach the bathroom with shower, bathtub, and double washbasin. The small bathroom next door contains the toilet and a second shower. The kitchen is small but functional and equipped with everything necessary. The open serving hatch encourages sociability and makes kitchen work easier.
A large walnut tree in front of the house shades the terrace. From there, you can enter a small laundry room including a toilet and urinal for the gentlemen through the side door. In the annex, there is a bicycle room and a "fireplace room." A small iron stove along with provided firewood ensures cozy warmth when you want to enjoy the view of the garden on cool days. The driveway on the property has space for 3 vehicles, but there is also enough space outside. The level area in front of the outbuilding is also suitable for bocce; it is available in the bicycle room. The garden offers spots for sunbathing and relaxing.

Altwarp is the northeasternmost mainland town in Germany, located on a peninsula on the southern shore of the Szczecin Lagoon, opposite Usedom. There is no through traffic. From the harbor, you can reach the Baltic Sea directly via the old Kaiserfahrt (Piast Canal) through Swinemünde. Altwarp was built on old, overgrown inland dunes. In the town there are 3 restaurants, a harbor for sport boats and fishermen, as well as a small supermarket. There is a good bus connection to the nearest town, Ueckermünde; Ueckermünde can be reached by train.
Numerous cycle paths open up the surrounding area. A diverse wildlife, vast pine forests, and wide reed zones offer experiences and discoveries.

Dear holidaymakers, here at the Stettiner Haff, all around Ueckermünde, are the vacation spots of my childhood. The memories of the wonderful nature and landscape have never let go of me since then. While looking for a holiday accommodation, we came across this old farmhouse in a ruinous state.
