At 500 m away from the villa, you have a lively town center and restaurants to enjoy local culture and cuisine. Supermarkets are 1 km away if you wish to buy groceries. The sea with water sport opportunities rests at 10 km and promises a fun-filled day.

The villa has a private enclosed garden, consisting of a grassy field with trees to relax and unwind in the hours of sunshine. For enjoying your evenings, you have a barbecue and a private terrace. Bicycles are available. You can bring a pet here. A children's bed and high chair are present.
