If the down payment or the rental price is not paid within the specified periods, this will be considered a cancellation or termination of the rental agreement. Once the down payment has been received, the holiday apartment is firmly booked and will be reserved or made available by us for the corresponding period. The apartment will only be handed over with a rental contract, house rules, and all outstanding payments fully settled. The tenant is required to sign a rental contract and the house rules upon arrival, which will, if possible, be sent to them in advance by email for review. The tenant does not need to bring these documents; they will be presented at handover of the apartment. **I expressly point out and ask for your attention:** 1. Smoking and keeping animals are not permitted in the apartment out of consideration for allergies! 2. It is not permitted to hold parties and/or celebrations (such as wedding parties, family celebrations, etc.) without prior agreement and explicit permission BEFORE THE START OF THE HOLIDAY in the holiday apartment, house, garden and/or property. 3. The apartment is not equipped to be accessible for disabled persons!

Simply impressively good

The check-in was super relaxed; when we arrived as agreed in advance, the hostess was already on site. After a tour of the house, we received the keys. Parking was also directly at the house, so our arrival was really very relaxed. The entire ground floor is available, with large, well-lit rooms and a really very lavish furnishing (you have everything you need). We felt very comfortable right away! The contact with the host was super nice, she is very accommodating and reliable.
Rarely had such a super relaxed setup.

We can only recommend the vacation apartment and wish all the best.
