Through the hallway on the ground floor you have access to a double bedroom and a bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub, and washbasin.
On the ground floor there is a wellness area with a second bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin, a separate toilet, and the indoor sauna with an outside door leading to the covered XL jacuzzi (7 people)! ).
Furthermore, on the ground floor there is the well-equipped kitchen with, among other things, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and induction cooktop.
The living room features a comfortable lounge sofa, TV, and a 10-person dining table. Through the sliding doors you step right into the garden with a view of the water.
On the upper floor you will find the other 3 bedrooms with a separate toilet.
