This large villa in the style of a Spanish country house is ideal for a holiday with a larger group, e.g. for a special family celebration, for sports groups (cyclists), yoga retreat, or simply for a large group of friends who want to spend a wonderful time together. We immediately fell in love with “Sobre Las Rocas” and would like to give others the opportunity to enjoy a stay in this spacious house as well.

Location and surroundings of object

The house is located near a small harbor “Les Bassetes” and a romantic little sandy beach “La Fustera”, which you can reach on foot in 20 minutes. The well-known resort town of Calpe with its large sandy beaches, cozy promenades, and many nice bars and restaurants can be reached by car in 5 to 10 minutes. The nearest large sandy beach of Calpe (Playa de la Fossa) is only 2.7 km away and can also be reached on foot via the beautiful hiking trail directly along the coast.

Cancellation terms:

Free cancellation is possible up to 3 months before the start of the rental. Otherwise, the following fees apply: Cancellation - 90 to 60 days before the start of the rental: 40% of the rental price - 60 to 30 days before the start of the rental: 60% of the rental price - 30 to 14 days before the start of the rental: 80% of the rental price - thereafter and in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.
