The ground floor opens onto a spacious living room, where two sofas—one of which can be converted into a double bed—welcome relaxing days, TV viewing, and moments of conviviality. The kitchen, complete with dining table, opens directly onto the outdoor porch. A second kitchen with an adjacent bathroom with shower is accessible from the porch. On the same floor is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed (which can be converted into a double bed upon request), a private bathroom with shower and washing machine, and direct access to the porch. Two additional bathrooms with showers are available. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, home to four double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with shower and a panoramic balcony, ensuring privacy and serenity. All rooms in the villa are air-conditioned (except for the kitchen, which has outdoor access) and equipped with mosquito nets, for maximum comfort in every season.

Montemaggiore is also known for its commitment to quality agriculture: here, the famous Bianchello del Metauro (DOC) is produced, along with local cheeses such as Valmetauro, and chrysanthemums are grown for the national market.
