Discover the charming holiday home La Casita, located in picturesque Chiclana de la Frontera, ideal for up to three guests. This 75 m² residence offers a cozy bedroom, a modernly equipped bathroom, and a fully furnished kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. With amenities such as a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine, self-catering here is a true pleasure. The house stands separately fenced with its own entrance on our 1500m2 property and offers plenty of privacy.

The highlight of La Casita is the inviting outdoor area, which is equipped with comfortable garden furniture and a BBQ grill – ideal for relaxing evenings under the starry sky. The swimming pool 5 x 9 is shared with us, the owners, and is surrounded by lush palms and carefully maintained gardens, offering a refreshing cool-down and exclusive moments of relaxation.

Inside, the air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures, while the television and the provided bedding as well as bath towels, hand towels, and beach towels complete the comfort. A hairdryer, a microwave, and a coffee machine are also available to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

For long-term tenants, La Casita offers ideal conditions and a low-allergen environment promises additional comfort for sensitive guests.
