The holiday flat is located in a house built in 2006, was renovated in 2015, and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is situated in a holiday home estate. The residence is popular partly due to the view of the lake from the property and its sunny location by the water. For exclusive use are available: parasol and garden furniture.

Csopak, district Csopak. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed garden plot with meadow and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Balaton partially visible Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.

Living/bedroom with 2 extra beds on a double pull-out sofa, TV, air conditioning and access to the terrace (covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 2 chairs). Bedroom with 1 double bed and air conditioning. Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with air conditioning, dining area (4 seats), electric cooker (ceramic hob, 2 rings), extractor hood, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, hairdryer and vent. Separate WC with 1 washbasin, toilet and vent.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
Please observe quiet hours, especially from 22:00 to 08:00.
