The EUROPLAYA apartment is located in the center of Calpe, 300 m from the beach.
A few steps away you will find cafés, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery, multilingual doctor, hair salons, shops, clothing stores, laundromat, dry cleaner, historic center, hospital. . .
The Calpe bus station and a car rental company are located 250 m from the apartment. The entrance to the underground garage is located on the same street, next to the main entrance of the apartment building.
The spacious garage on level -1 is highly sought after as a closed car parking space and storage for bicycles, motorcycles, beach furniture, water sports equipment, luggage. . .
This garage is rented separately!
A street map with directions (one-way streets!) to the street gate of the underground parking will be provided in advance.

The arrival and departure times are not so strict. These can be adjusted by arrangement with the owner.
Upon departure, the tenant must leave the apartment in a clean state and is responsible for damage and loss.
The landlord cannot be held responsible for natural disasters and circumstances beyond his control.

I, the owner, live in Belgium, Region Flanders, but stay several months per year in our house in Calpe.
My native language is Dutch. DRAFTING OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND CONFIRMATION:
After the tenant has provided the name, residential address, email address, rental period, number of nights and number of persons, the rental agreement is drawn up by the owner and sent to the tenant by email. This rental agreement contains all necessary information for the further handling of the rental.
After receipt of the deposit, or proof of transfer, the rental is definitively confirmed and that period is blocked on the calendar. KEY HANDOVER:
You will receive the keys on the day of arrival.
I stay at my house in Calpe, La Empedrola T-11, I will come to the apartment, give a tour with the necessary explanation, and hand over the keys to you.
I will also come in person at departure.
REGISTRATION:
The Spanish Ministry of the Interior requires owners of tourist accommodations to request and register extensive information from guests (tenants). The main purpose of this is to improve public safety.
This registration includes:
- the surname and first name of the responsible tenant
- the permanent address of the tenant
- the nationality of the tenant
- the email address of the tenant
- the surname and first name of the other person(s) staying over
- the relationship between them, if there are minors
- a copy of the identity card of all persons aged 16 and over
- mobile phone number
