Just a 90 minute drive from George Airport and 3 hours from Port Elizabeth/Gqeberha, Sun, Sea, Sanctuary is nestled in a secure estate (Thulana Hill) in Plettenberg Bay - just off the N2, and a five minute drive to the Main Street and shopping area of Plettenberg Bay.
With an access controlled main gate, a second gate 200m up the hill, is controlled by a press-button remote. Parking is directly in front of the unit.

Please note this is a first floor apartment, with 2 covered parking bays directly in front of the block. There are some stairs to the front door. Once inside it is all on one level.
The "Winter garden" or enclosed patio is wind and weather-proof. The glass "curtains" can be opened on 2 sides in calm and sunny weather, and a gas barbeque is provided in the enclosed patio, to be used only with adequate ventilation for obvious safety reasons.
The apartment is set in indigenous garden, with a short walk to the communcal salt water pool, and viewing deck.
This is a perfect spot for a longer term rental, and discounts will be considered for stays over 4 weeks.

Stunning place, stunning location
We have had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sun Sea Sanctuary! Everything has exceeded our expectations - it's been a five-star experience!
The location is brilliant - in a peaceful and beautiful setting offering the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Close to stunning beaches, excellent restaurants, shops and local attractions, yet the property itself felt private and serene. It was ideal for both relaxing and exploring everything Plettenberg Bay has to offer.
Cleanliness was impeccable. The house was spotless on arrival and maintained to an exceptionally high standard. Every room, bathroom and living space was pristine, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. It’s clear that the owners take great pride in the upkeep of the property and genuinely care about their guests’ well-being.
The accommodation matched the online description and photos perfectly — if anything, it was even more impressive in person. Everything was exactly as advertised, which gave us complete confidence that we had made the right choice.
In terms of comfort and amenities, the home lacked nothing. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and there were plenty of quality towels and thoughtful extras. The WiFi worked flawlessly. Every detail had clearly been considered to make the stay effortless and relaxing - it truly felt like a luxurious home away from home.
Communication and service were outstanding. Sharon was so friendly, responsive and professional throughout, always available to assist and ensure we had the best possible experience. That level of care made our stay even more enjoyable.
Considering the quality of the property, its prime location and the exceptional service, we felt it offered outstanding value for money. We would wholeheartedly recommend it for a beach holiday, romantic escape or adventure-filled getaway. It was a flawless 5-star stay in every respect. We plan to return!
