4 person chalet at the 5* Camping & Beach Resort Julianahoeve
We are renting out our brand new chalet at the 5 star Camping & Beach Resort Julianahoeve in Renesse.
The chalet was newly installed in the Merel area in May 2025 and has a plot size of 154 sqm. The chalet offers a spacious 42sqm and has the following amenities:
* 2 bedrooms with box spring beds (1x 160x200cm and 2x 80x200cm), with a bed guard in the children's room
* Bathroom with large rain shower and towel warmer, mirrored cabinet
* Kitchen with large fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, microwave with oven function, air fryer, toaster, mini oven, kettle
* Spacious living-dining area incl. Smart TV, Wi-Fi and corner sofa, games, dining table with chairs as well as two high chairs for children
The installation of air conditioning is planned for spring 2026.
The gas heating installed in the chalet as well as the extra insulated walls ensure pleasant warmth even at cooler temperatures. The outdoor area is completely newly designed and features the following amenities:
* Dining area with large dining table and 6 chairs
* Two sun loungers for relaxing
* Lounge with a bench, two chairs, and a small coffee table
* Sun umbrella
* Weber kettle grill
* Garden house (two bicycles for shared use, children's bicycle, handcart, cushions for the outdoor area)
* Car parking space
The Merel area is located directly behind the dunes and the nearby beach is only a few minutes' walk away; you can reach the center of Renesse on foot in about 15-20min.

Cancellation terms:
Here is the translation to English: Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are free of charge. In the event of cancellation of the contract, the tenant shall pay a percentage of the rental price as a cancellation fee as well as a processing fee of €90.00 to the landlord. The cancellation fees are as follows: · Up to 2 months (60 days) before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total rental price · Up to 1 month (30 days) before arrival, the cancellation fee is 75% of the total rental price · Within one month before arrival, the cancellation fee is 90% of the total rental price · Within 7 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total rental price There is also the option for the guest to provide a replacement tenant, provided the landlord agrees to the replacement tenant.

During the summer holidays we only rent by the week from Saturday to Saturday

The chalet is designed for 4 people, a 5th person can be requested and must be approved separately. Deposit: 40% payable within one week
Remaining payment: 6 weeks before arrival
Security deposit: 150 EUR – will be transferred back within 14 days after the end of the rental
Tourist tax of the municipality of Schouwen-Duiveland: 2.06 EUR per person per night
The Beach Resort Julianahoeve charges a usage fee of 5.50 EUR per person (from 2 years old) and per night for the use of indoor pool, animation, playgrounds, etc. -Pets-
Pets of any kind are not allowed at the beach resort.

Very nice, new accommodation
The Chalet Merel No. 75 at the Julianahoeve campsite in Renesse was very much to our liking overall. It is a new, pretty, very cozy, and nicely furnished chalet in a really good location. The outdoor area of the chalet is also great.
The campsite itself is well-maintained and offers everything you need.
Particularly noteworthy are the owners, who were very nice and helpful.
We spent a few very nice, relaxing days there and would gladly come back.
