Holiday Apartment Lolle
Flexible bedrooms, ideal for families and friends.

Book directly via Ferienhausmiete.de or through my website (Urlaub-holnis.de), (still in progress)! Save all booking fees and thus up to 21% + VAT compared to portals.

Holiday with dog!

The holiday apartment Lolle can be booked for up to 5 people.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings with a dog in the company of children. Two/three adults with one dog are, however, very welcome, and we are very much looking forward to your inquiry!

The holiday apartment offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 5 people:

- 2 bedrooms, each with a 140 × 200 cm bed
- 1 bedroom with a practical bunk bed:
top: 90 × 200 cm
bottom: 140 × 200 cm

Additionally, a second holiday apartment is located directly above Apartment Lolle (Holiday Apartment Lönneberga), which can also be booked together. This way, several families or groups of friends can vacation together with separate but closely situated accommodations.

Holnis is a 6 km long peninsula in the Flensburg Fjord in Schleswig-Holstein, known as a significant natural paradise and popular holiday destination. Over half of its area is under nature protection.

Location: The peninsula is located northeast of Glücksburg and separates the inner from the outer Flensburg Fjord. From the northern tip, there is a direct view of Denmark. Nature and landscape: Holnis is characterized by a varied landscape, including salt marshes, steep coasts, and the Kleine Noor. These biotopes provide habitats for rare animal and plant species.
Bird sanctuary: The area is an important resting and breeding ground for numerous wading and water birds, as it lies on a main migration route towards Scandinavia. There is a viewing tower for birdwatching. Beaches: The wide shallow-water beach "Holnis Drei" on the east side is ideal for families with children for swimming and relaxing.
Activities: The peninsula is best explored on foot along signposted circular trails. Popular activities include hiking along the cliffs, birdwatching, swimming, and simply enjoying nature. Cycling is not permitted in certain nature reserve areas and on the beach during high water. Sights: The sights include the northern tip (the northernmost point of the German mainland), the Holnis Cliff, and the Holnis Lighthouse.

Scope These GTC apply to all bookings of holiday homes and holiday apartments with Rainer Selck. ________________________________________ 2. Booking & Conclusion of Contract The rental contract comes into effect through written confirmation by the landlord. After conclusion of the contract, a deposit of 20% of the rental price is due within 14 days. ________________________________________ 3. Payment Terms
• 20% deposit within 14 days after conclusion of the contract
• Remaining payment + €70.00 security deposit + tourist tax of the city of Glücksburg due at the latest before arrival
• The security deposit serves as security for damages as well as for offsetting electricity consumption
• Electricity is billed after departure based on the meter reading
• Any remaining balance from the security deposit will be refunded to the tenant after departure ________________________________________ 4. Arrival and Departure
• Arrival: from 4:00 p.m.
• Departure: by 10:00 a.m. ________________________________________ 5. Withdrawal / Cancellation If the tenant cancels before the start of the rental period without providing a suitable replacement tenant, the following cancellation fees apply (excluding final cleaning):
• up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
• up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 85%
• up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 90%
• up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 95%
• later than 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100% The tenant may at any time provide evidence of a lesser loss. ________________________________________ 6. Use & Liability The accommodation may only be used by the number of persons specified in the rental contract. Use is limited to a single travel group (e.g. family, couple, or persons traveling together). Bookings by several independent households as well as use for the purpose of shared cost splitting are only permitted with the prior express consent of the landlord. A merger of several separately traveling groups before or during the stay without the landlord’s consent is not permitted. In case of violations of these regulations, the landlord is entitled to terminate the rental agreement without notice. In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund. The tenant is liable for all damages culpably caused by themselves, fellow travelers, or brought animals. ________________________________________ 7. Pets 🐕 Dogs are only allowed with prior arrangement and the express consent of the landlord. Other pets are not permitted. ________________________________________ 8. House Rules The house rules are part of the rental contract and must be observed. ________________________________________ 9. Final Provisions German law applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains effective. The place of jurisdiction is – as far as legally permissible – the location of the landlord.
